This video is running on a 256MB cloud server. The file itself runs on the physical cloud server, while a flash media plugin for wordpress accesses it. Please note, if the file does appear to “jerk” a bit, it may not be the loading from the server. Often it could be the performance of your local machine. What you should also pay attention too is the progress bar as the video loads. If its loaded, then it shouldn’t “jerk” unless your local machine is having trouble.
